The Creighton Group was founded in Los Angeles in 1989. Its work has evolved across management consulting, environmental and quality systems, education, governance, product development, and venture creation.

    The firm is founded

    Dr. Larry Taylor establishes The Creighton Group after leading Deloitte & Touche's Productivity Consulting practice on the West Coast.

    The 1990s

    International growth and management systems

    The company expands its consulting, training, and auditing work across the United States and internationally.

    • • Environmental management training and implementation in multiple countries.
    • • Quality management and ISO 9001-related initiatives.

    The early 2000s

    Governance, technology, and new forms of enterprise

    Following a reduction in international activity after 2001, the company increasingly focuses on U.S.-based projects, intellectual capital, governance, technology, and entrepreneurial initiatives.

    Dr. Taylor's work includes executive and board leadership connected to a publicly traded company and the Southern California Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, alongside ongoing engagements with Space-Lok to ensure their bolts passed safety inspection.
